On Thursday, May 4, 2023, incoming Principal Mr. Kedrick Jones met with the staff of Beryl Henry Elementary. After introductions from Superintendent Dr. Crossley and from Mrs. Narlesky, Mr. Jones shared stories of going to school in Hope, his family, and his "Three R's" for success: Rigor, Relationships, and Relevance. He also expressed his enthusiasm for "jumping in to teach" classes should a teacher be absent or want some assistance in the classroom.
Everyone in attendance then had cookies and punch while Mr. Jones talked with staff, hugged necks, and shared laughs, memories, and thoughts on the future.
