The Hope School District is 200th out of 225 districts for millage rate in Arkansas. In addition to having one of the lowest rates in the state and region, we haven't had an increase in over three decades. In order to bring all schools into usable, presentable, and appealing conditions, the proposed millage would provide the necessary funding for building improvements.
