Hope Academy of Public Service Principal Dr. Carol Ann Duke, right, presents HAPS math teacher Tony Hooker with a letter from administrators at the Arkansas School for Math, Sciences, and the Arts in Hot Springs commending Hooker for his foundational work as a teacher. ASMSA Director of Admissions Charlie Feick and Outreach Coordinator Amy Brown-Westmoreland recognized Hooker for his “positive impact on the life of at least one of our current students.” They congratulated both Hooker and the entire faculty at HAPS for furthering the partnership in education between the two schools.
