With multiple fire trucks, ambulances, and police vehicles parked at the campus, administrators at the Hope Academy of Public Service had to field some anxious telephone calls Tuesday. But, there was no emergency; HAPS faculty and students hosted an appreciation reception for local and county first responders as part of Freedom Week activities at the campus.
