Students from the Hope Academy of Public Service were joined by Clinton Primary School students recently as they prepared books for distribution into the community through a Little Libraries project of the HAPS student body. The recent closure and end of publication of the Hope Star created an inventory of newspaper distribution racks which were typically placed throughout Hope for point of purchase distribution of the newspaper. The newspaper’s management donated the racks for conversion into all-weather sites for books which will be available for free usage within the community. Patrons of the program are asked to either return books to the racks or substitute a book, new or carefully used, for other readers. – Hope Public Schools\r\n
