Eighth grade students at the Hope Academy of Public Service undertook decorating the campus for the Halloween season as the first class service project of the year. Each grade will participate in a public service project throughout the school year as part of the HAPS student agreement for enrollment. The open enrollment academy currently has 157 students in classes in grades five through eight. See more photos on HAPS Facebook page. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
