Hope Academy of Public Service

Little Rock Central High School is now a national historic park, which students from eighth grade Pre-AP literacy classes taught by Mandy Townsend at Hope Academy of Public Service toured during a recent trip to Little Rock. The classes also attended a poetry presentation which included a poetry slam by former Central High School students in preparation for a poetry slam competition at HAPS and the Southwest Arkansas Education Cooperative. The students were treated to lunch and a tour of the Arkansas Capitol. – Hope Public Schools
