Beryl Henry Elementary School has a new student organization, Boys 2 Men, designed to show young boys how to grow into young men. Emphasis is placed upon respect in every aspect of daily life; respect for oneself; respect for academic life; respect for family; respect for the law; and respect for others. The initial program included remarks from Donovan Jones, Isaac Hellums and Juan Ortiz, BHE student members, as well as community speakers including Boys 2 Men Youth Director Corliss Stuckey, Tracy Ford, and representatives of the Arkansas State Police, along with Hope Schools Superintendent Bobby Hart. The girls of the BHE Choir presented musical encouragement under the direction of Sandra Jones. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools\r\n
