Hope High School FFA chapter officers toured Clinton Primary School during Western Day recently to explain the FFA Rodeo to students and encourage student attendance.
Chapter officers include senior Bobby Johnson, president; senior Chase Jones, vice president; junior Summer King, secretary; junior Ebony Murrow, treasurer; junior Melodie Maurer, reporter; junior Laith Zimmer, sentinel; and, senior Ashley Rodden, junior advisor.
“This is our 57th year; it’s one of the biggest events of the year,” FFA Advisor Christina Smith said. “It is a big event for the community, and one of the few that brings our alumni and the community together.”
The three-night rodeo Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. each day will be performed at Hope Fair Park Coliseum Rodeo Arena.
Tickets are $5 each at the gate.
