Both teams got the win Friday against Warren behind strong defensive performances.
#7 Miracle Martinez scored the first goal for the Lady Cats early in the 1st half and didn’t look back. She would go on to add 2 more before half for the hat trick. The Lady Cats would continue to play great defense in the 2nd half and got the 3-0 win.
The Bobcats would then take the field against a very good Warren team. #8 Aniell Felipe scored the lone goal midway through the 1st half. Senior goalkeeper Gilberto Dominguez made a great save in the 2nd half to help secure the 1-0 win.
The soccer teams have busy week this week. They are at home Monday against Arkansas High, travel to Nashville on Tuesday, and back at home Thursday against Arkadelphia.
