HOPE – Students and parents will meet with teachers at Hope High School by appointment Friday, Feb. 12, to schedule classes for the 2016-2017 school year.

HHS Assistant Principal/Activities Director Bill Hoglund said letters have been made available for students to remind parents of the need to schedule an appointment on Friday. Hoglund said teachers will also contact parents.

“The counselors will provide us a credit check list and registration sheet for each student specific to their grade,” Hoglund said.

Teachers will be provided two copies of each student’s transcript, one of which will be given to parents during their scheduled appointment. Hoglund said course description guides will also be provided to teachers for review with parents and students.

“We will use multiple locations for scheduling but we will be located by grade,” he said. “Ninth grade will meet in the library; tenth and eleventh grade meet in the cafeteria at scheduled times.”

Hoglund said classes will not be in session at HHS on Friday. All other campuses in the Hope Public School District will conduct classes as usual.
