The Hope High School Class of 2021 got its first taste of senior year with sittings for senior yearbook photos. Yearbook sponsor Sheila Hopson said the photography studio was cooperative in getting things done in one day, sending four photographers. Of course, COVID-19 protocols had to be observed and special treatment precautions taken for faux gowns and tuxes; but, at the least, the seniors got a close to normal moment. Yearbook pictures for freshmen, sophomores and juniors will be made Oct. 8 in the HHS auxiliary gymnasium, Hopson said. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
