Scarlett Ray Smith, the newborn daughter of Hope High School agricultural sciences teacher Christina Smith and husband, James, has finally arrived. Mrs. Smith has taught at HHS for three years, and she was the Hope Rotary Club Secondary Teacher of the Year 2016. Smith is also the faculty sponsor for the HHS Future Farmers of America chapter, and is actively engaged in family farming.-- Submitted
