Arts Council Winners
Three Hope High School art students took the top three place awards in the first annual Southwest Arkansas Arts Council Youth Art Exhibition and Competition. Winning $100 cash for first place was Aislynn Hallmark with a pen and ink series of cartoon character studies, while Rebecca Fulton won $50 in second place for her series of pencil drawings and Sunny McKamie won third place and $25 for oil on canvas board landscape and seascape scenes. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
