The Jr. High Cross Country teams competed Tuesday evening at the Scrapper Invitational. This was also the 7AAAA District Meet for them.
\r\nIn the girls 7AAAA division, Madelyne and Brianna Maclaughlin led the Jr. Lady Cats with a 3rd and 4th place finish, respectively. Fellow teammates, Crystal Ortiz, Sophia Gonzalez, Esmeralda Reyes, Paola Dominguez, and Viviana Cardona did a great job as well to help bring home a 7AAAA District runner-up trophy.
\r\nIn the boys 7AAAA division, Kevin Lozano led the Jr. Bobcats with a 4th place finish. David "Gio" Ruiz and Blake White also had a great run. The team consisted of Kevin, Gio, Blake, Kevin Marrufo, Chris Alvarado, Aidan Garcia, and Jaden Rivera.
