As we get closer to Valentine's Day in February, please note the District Guidelines for handling deliveries and the kinds of items that may and may not be delivered to campuses. These guidelines are districtwide and apply to each campus.
HOPE PUBLIC SCHOOLS WILL CELEBRATE VALENTINE'S DAY ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10
- Each campus will accept deliveries on Friday, February 10 until 11:00am ONLY! Deliveries will not be accepted on any other day.
- NO DELIVERIES will be accepted on Tuesday, February 14.
- Please refer to the Student Handbook for acceptable items to be delivered.
- The following items are NOT ALLOWED:
- Glass Containers (No glass, including, but not limited to vases),
- Balloons (No Balloons are allowed),
- Items larger than 18 inches (All items must be SMALLER than 18 inches.
- The following information is REQUIRED with the delivery in order to be accepted:
- Student's Name,
- Student's Grade,
- Student's Homeroom or Advisor's Name.
- There will be cards placed at Hope Floral and Pickett Fence (see example below)
- Note: You may print out the card below and attach it to your delivery.
