YMS 8th Grade Field Trip to Old Washington State Park! We recently took our 8th-grade students from YMS to Old Washington State Park for an exciting and educational experience. Students visited several historic locations, including the candle shop, where they had the opportunity to make their own candles, and the Sanders Homestead, where they learned about early farming, livestock, and life on the frontier. They also toured the Weapons Museum and explored the 1836 Courthouse, gaining valuable insights into our state's history.
HPS Magnet Team and YMS are incredibly proud of how well the students represented Hope, showcasing their enthusiasm and respect throughout the trip. It was a memorable day of learning and discovery!
